When you create a Covenant 41 account we store your email, name, optional username, and the profile details you choose to share (city, state, church, family role, bio, avatar). We also store the daily entries, journal notes, and messages you submit inside the app.
We use your information to operate the 41-day challenge, deliver daily reminders, enable messaging and circles with brothers you choose to connect with, and improve the experience. We do not sell your data.
We send transactional emails (account, daily charge reminders) and, with your permission, web push notifications for new messages. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, and you can disable push notifications in your device settings.
Your profile is visible only to brothers who share a circle or message thread with you. Other members of the app cannot browse your profile.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. When you do, your profile, daily entries, messages, and push subscriptions are removed.
